One of the most exclusive properties of the southern Mediterranean, Cape Sounio Estate is a sumptuous 350-square-meter private residential complex in a sublime setting that includes 5,000 square meters of sublime landscaped gardens and pine forest with an unsurpassed view over Greece’s mythical cape capped by the temple dedicated to the sea-god Poseidon.

The Estate’s minimal architectural style was inspired by the elegant simplicity of one of the world’s most celebrated archaeological sites—the Temple of Poseidon. The suite includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe, separate shower and WC cabins, plus 100m² of ultra-private living space reserved for your innermost circle—whether you want to enjoy a friendly chat, hold a confidential business discussion, or just enjoy a moment alone listening to your favourite music on the Bang & Olufsen mini hi-fi or watching a movie on the flat-screen television.

The "Children’s Suite" villa is designed to offer parents quality moments with their children without sacrificing privacy. Lounge by the private pool and watch your little one swim like a mermaid a heartbeat away from Poseidon’s temple, or enjoy special moments reading bedtime stories under the stars as the song of the sea lulls your child into a world of magic. The Children’s Suite is furnished with special amenities, from play areas to sleeping quarters for the nanny.

The "Dining Room" Villa is a spacious, separate residence just for entertaining, and includes staff quarters and a kitchenette where your chef—or ours—can whip up a private dinner for up to 15. The "Guesthouse" Villa features spacious master bedroom, dining area and lounge with fireplace, as well as secondary sleeping quarters, separate WC, and outdoor swimming pool with furnished terrace.
