Arriving by sea

The port and marina of Lavrion (Laurion) are located at the southeast tip of Attica. They are, in many ways, more convenient bases from which to explore the Cyclades than the Alimos / Kalamaki Marina in Athens. Though roughly the same distance from Athens International Airport, it is one day’s less sail and the island of Kea is just 14 nm away.

The prevailing winds are usually N-NW and the waters are sufficiently deep for sailing.

Direct sea access to Cape Sounio’s Athens Exclusive Resort is possible via small tender to a wooden deck on the villas’ beach. Please in advance of your arrival and we will be happy to welcome you.
